We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that some celebrations are spontaneous, and we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on our schedule.
Yes! Smoky Moments provides on-location services. We travel to cabins, hotels, Airbnb properties, and private venues throughout Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and surrounding Smoky Mountain areas.

Our team typically arrives 1–2 hours before the scheduled event time to ensure everything is perfectly arranged and ready for your special moment.
Yes, we offer packages that include a professional photographer to beautifully capture your special moments. You can also add photography as an optional add-on to most packages.
If unfavorable weather prevents your outdoor event and you choose not to proceed, we offer the option to reschedule, move the setup indoors, or receive a full refund.
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Cancellations are fully refundable if made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability. Weather-related cancellations are also eligible for a full refund.
